Guarantee Policy:
A credit card is required to guarantee reservation.

Diners Club, American Express, Visa and MasterCard.
Check In: 3:00 PM
Check Out: 1:00 PM
Cancellation Policy:
Must cancel one day prior to arrival date to avoid charge fees.
No Show:
No Shows are a one night charge.
Extra Person Policy:
Two extra adults are accepted.
Kids Policy:
Two minors under 10 years old are accepted for free, sharing room with parents, 2 per room as maximum.
Pet Policy:
No Pets are Allowed.
Oversold Policy:
In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from UNIVISIT, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.
